Ryoji stands from his spot on the bench, overjoyed at the promise of finally getting to see the darling Haru! What did they look like? Were they cute, handsome, beautiful? Probably gorgeous beyond belief! Ryoji was almost vibrating as he stood between the personnel, the two keying in the top floor and sending them up.
For a moment, he was distracted by the exterior, the beautiful shimmer of glass windows in the sunlight dancing across Tokyo skyscrapers as they ascended. He let out a long breath and a hum. He had never been in the Kirijo tower, but he assumed it would be similar in many ways. To live such a life of luxury... he wondered if Haru was truly happy?
Ryoji was perfectly happy without a home when he was homeless for months, even if he could get one at anytime, but he felt it was a necessary part of being human to experience the two sides of human life: wealth and poverty. He was happy he did it, not to pat himself on the back, but to feel more human than he ever did before.
When the elevator chimes, Ryoji turns on heel and straightens, his blue eyes bright and large to match his smile. He marched along the beautiful hallway, with nothing but the echoing clatter of their heels making noise, and entered quickly into the room.
He was a little wowed by the plants-- of course! @Echo, tangent lore whisperer had given him so many gardening tips! But in his search, his eyes fell upon the beauty herself, and he gasped.
"Haru!" He rushes up to her, completely ignoring poor Cookie in his scramble, and takes her hands in his gently. His hands were so much softer than hers. She must be a hard worker!
"Oh, Haru, you're gorgeous! I knew you would be!" His smile falls as he remembers something, looking surprised.
"Ah! I almost forgot--" He steps back, one hand still gently cupping one of hers as he presses a hand to his chest and bows.
"My name... is Ryoji. Mochizuki Ryoji. It's a pleasure to finally meet you."
